Deliver meals to the homebound

The Kosher Meals on Wheels (KMOW) program is a community lifeline that provides both hot and frozen meals to more than 180 homebound people throughout Bergen County.  Over 200 volunteers deliver more than 20,000 meals each year.

If you are:

• 17 years of age or older
• have a valid driver’s license
• want to make a difference in people’s lives
