About JFS
Jewish Family Service of Bergen and North Hudson (JFS), is located in Teaneck, New Jersey. The agency builds strong families, accomplished children, healthy elders and vital communities. JFS has a network of human services building on wellness to address life challenges. Each year, JFS serves more than 3,000 people in Bergen County and the northern region of Hudson County.
Services provided at JFS include information and referral, clinical services, employment services, elder care, afterschool programs, advocacy, emergency financial assistance, refugee resettlement and placement. Volunteer opportunities are also available.
